What are your is your COVID-19 policies & procedures?

  • Please wear masks when entering the office.
  • Office staff will ask you screening questions before your office visit and upon arrival. 
  • We will ask you to use the hand sanitizer that we provide when you enter the office. 
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients which may temporarily reduce scheduling options.

How do I make an appointment?

Online: Click  “Request an Appointment” and submit the form you are directed to at the bottom of the page.

Phone: Call us at (248) 548-1711 to make an appointment during business hours.

In-Person: Visit our office at 1711 E. 11 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI, to make an appointment during business hours.

How do I pay my bill?

Online: Click on “Online Bill Pay” at the top of this page. You will be directed to a secure webpage where you can make an online credit card payment.

In-Person: Visit our office at 1711 E. 11 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI, to make a payment in person (cash, check, or credit card).

Mail: Please be sure to enclose your statement stub and mail check or credit card payment to the payment address below. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
